How we came to be
The story of Waffle Agency began with a simple but powerful desire to change the approach to marketing, making it not only effective, but also creative, lively, and understandable to every client. Waffle Agency's first order was a real challenge and at the same time the point at which their success story began. It was a project for a small local café that had just opened and was looking to attract the attention of the townspeople. The founders of the cafe wanted to create a unique image of the place that would set them apart from their competitors, but had no clear plan on how to do it.
First steps
When the owners of the cafe turned to Waffle Agency, the agency was just starting its activities. The founders had a lot of creative ideas, but they needed to prove that they were capable of not only coming up with original concepts, but also bringing them to life. The cafe was their first client and it was a chance to prove themselves.

A key element of their strategy was the creation of an interactive social media advertising campaign. They launched a competition amongst locals for the best creative photo with a cup of coffee from the cafe, offering the winners free visits to events. This move not only attracted new customers, but also created a viral effect as the photos were actively shared on social media.
